The jlkk Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. jlkk does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If jlkk becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data will be deleted without delay, subject to any mandatory retention obligations under Philippine law.

jlkk reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered jlkk players via email or mobile notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Policy takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
