jlkk Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlkk platform at jlkk.club (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jlkk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlkk (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). jlkk operates in alignment with PAGCOR-licensed standards applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. Your continued use of the jlkk Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the jlkk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for another person;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of jlkk or its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member thereof;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by jlkk from the Platform;
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial exploitation or professional advantage.

jlkk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by jlkk may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the jlkk Platform at any time. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration and at any subsequent point jlkk determines necessary, you are required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID);
• Proof of current residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Such additional documentation as jlkk may reasonably require to verify your identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of jlkk is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account credentials — including jlkk login sessions — is deemed to be your responsibility unless you have notified jlkk of unauthorized access promptly upon discovery.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jlkk Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlkk accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Instapay, PESONet, and other payment channels as made available on the Platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by jlkk's compliance team in writing;
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed for an account with pending or incomplete KYC documentation;
• jlkk reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice;
• Processing times are estimates only. jlkk does not guarantee specific processing windows, though the Platform endeavors to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 10 minutes under standard conditions;
• jlkk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institution processing delays, or force majeure events;
• Any deposit credited to your account through fraud, unauthorized payment, or error is subject to recovery by jlkk at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlkk may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional credits to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash;
• Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent;
• jlkk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, or to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion, if jlkk reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or manipulation of the promotion;
• Players who have made no deposit since claiming a bonus may have their bonus balance voided.

6. Rules of Play

All games available on the jlkk Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, online sabong, bingo rooms, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on jlkk, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

jlkk's non-live games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers and are subject to the rules displayed at each live table. Results of completed games are final. No results will be reversed except where a manifest technical error demonstrably affected the outcome, as determined solely by jlkk.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, jlkk will apply its disconnection and game interruption policy as published on the Platform. Where the outcome of the interrupted round cannot be determined, the wager placed will be returned to your account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlkk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain — any such gains are void and recoverable by jlkk;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your jlkk account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Allowing or enabling a third party to access or operate your account, including sharing your jlkk login credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlkk Platform — including but not limited to the jlkk brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, video streams, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of jlkk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. No content from the jlkk Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of jlkk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlkk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jlkk in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlkk shall not be liable, under any theory of liability, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of opportunity — even if jlkk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jlkk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

jlkk reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any player account where jlkk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continuing to provide services to the account would expose jlkk to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure for breach, jlkk may void all pending bonuses and withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no breach, jlkk will release any verified balance to the player through their registered payment method. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlkk support — all verified balances will be returned promptly.

11. Privacy & Data

jlkk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jlkk.club/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and jlkk.

12. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jlkk's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jlkk commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within thirty (30) business days.

14. Amendments

jlkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
